The ARC+ as planned today ...

For our first ARC in 2011 we left Les Sables d'Olonne (LSDO) octobre the 24th and reached La Corogne on the evening of the 27th. This year the ARC+ leaves Las Palmas almost 2 weeks earlier, hence we plan to set off around the 20th, depending on the weather forecast for the next 5 days so that we can have a smooth Biscay Bay crossing and join La Corogne or Vigo in safe conditions.

At this point in time we have an almost full crew (3/4) for the Cascais to Las Palmas and Las Palmas to Ste Lucia legs, even if some crew will change in LP and we are still missing one for the LSDO to Cascais one.

If you happen to read this and are interested joining, contact us using the "nous contacter" button in the grey ribbon.

Bellow is the plan:

In case there is no wind we will use the engine (the Volov breeze, we call it) with a nice and clean propeller, very different from the one below we saw on a dock in La Trinité sur Mer. How can anyone plan to move with something like that ...
To be continued ...
